Job Descriptions:

1. Maintain transaction of AR and AP including but not limited to process payments, issue invoices, staff reimbursements, bank reconciliations and general ledger.
2. Financial data collection and entry. Ensure financial records are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
3. Compiling financial data to assist in monthly revenue reporting and financial report is accurate and up to date.
4. Coordination with external parties such as tax agent, corporate secretaries, external financial advisor and auditors.
5. Assist on corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches & representation offices, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors/ shareholders resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients and change of signatories etc.
6. Assist to collect and follow up necessary documentations with relevant parties.
7. Other finance and administrative or ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. At least 1 years of relevant experience with Finance/Accounting or equivalent professional certificate.
2. Experience in corporate secretarial work is an advantage.
3. Fast Learner, able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment.
4. Understanding of accounting principles and local statutory requirements.
5. Good communication skills and ability to work well as a team player.
6. Literacy in English and Mandarin are essential, to communicate with stakeholder.
7. Self-motivation, taking initiative is a prerequisite, good working attitude.
8. Knowledge of MS Excel and Words.

Job Descriptions

• Oversee all accounting procedures, financial transactions and systems used by the company.
• Management of accounting systems and month-end close.
• Prepare monthly/annually finance date analyse and management, included budgeting and expenses.
• Provide accurate, timely and comprehensive monthly PnL and balance sheet to the co-founder office.
• Responsibility to prepare and submit annual financial statements, annual return, tax returns and required regulatory returns to Companies. As well as supporting the external audit or DD process, if need.
• Manage relationships with bank, payment provider or finance service provider.
• Any other assignment from co-founder office.

Requirements

• At least degree in accounting with qualified accountant qualification e.g. ACCA, CPA.
• At least 3 years' post qualification experience in Blockchain, Fintech or fund management industry.
• Strong financial accounting or audit background with commercial knowledge.
• Strong ability to implement and monitor internal controls.
• Experience of managing a finance function in a fast-moving, rapidly growing environment.
• Eye for detail and diligence to ensure accuracy of systems and processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication and influencing skills.

Job Description

1. Responsible for the financial, auditing, and tax affairs of the fund, efficiently liaising with external partners.
2. Assist in preparing financial reports for the fund, providing financial analysis and reports to investors.
3. Responsible for post-investment management of portfolios (financial analysis and data maintenance, etc.).
4. Assist the operating partner in internal management.

Job Requirements

1. Familiar with financial positions and fund operations in private funds, having previously worked in related positions in private funds.
2. Good communication and coordination skills, meticulous and conscientious.
