JOB PURPOSE:

The role holder is responsible for assisting the Manager in the day-to-day financial operations in the campus.

Functional:

• Supports the Manager in the day-to-day financial operations, transactions and collections in the campus

• Monitors all billing and credit collection, and maintains a daily collections report

• Monday – Friday: 9.00 am to 5.30pm (1 hr lunch break)

The Senior Finance Executive supports the finance department in carrying out the responsibilities of the finance department. He/she is involved in work that is specific to accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax filing, data compilation, billing, or other accounting tasks. In some instances, he may work specifically with accruals, fixed assets accounting or the monthly and yearly finalisation of accounts for audit purposes. The Finance Executive may also assist with the preparation of trial balance, basic financial statements and simple consolidated financial statements.
