We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive to support our client's team in managing staff donations and other fundraising activities. This 1-year contract role involves ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and reconciliation of donations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact between the Advancement Office and HQ Finance for all donation and fundraising matters, particularly overseeing the staff donation process.
• Prepare and analyze regular reports to provide a clear overview of staff donations across the company.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Shared Services, Finance, and the Advancement Office to ensure the smooth operation of the staff donation process.
• Monitor reports, resolve any discrepancies, and address issues related to staff donations by liaising with relevant parties.
• Work closely with team members and stakeholders to streamline the donation process and improve efficiency.
• Assist in gathering data for reports such as annual reports, donor progress updates, and publications.
• Support any other ad-hoc projects related to company charities or fundraising activities.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of administrative experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Position summary
