The credit officer needs to have technical expertise in credit analysis on secured lending transactions that are heavily governed with financial covenants (ii) Corporate and Financial Institution credit analysis skills with understanding of industry risk drivers; established negotiation skills to deal effectively with conflicting priorities & resources
• For VP level, minimum of 10 years of experience
• Independent Credit approval authorities across multiple customer types and asset classes. Understanding of key industry segments such as Renewable, O&G, Data centers, Telecom.
• Experience in and knowledge of Southeast Asian market especially Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore, with knowledge of market, regulations etc
• Proven understanding of derivatives, ISDA, trade finance products
• Climate risk assessment as part of transaction approval and ongoing potfolio monitoring
• Technically strong, with a good understanding of global risk regulations
• Ability to build strong relationships internally with divisional clients locally & globally, as well as internal stakeholders
• Educated to Bachelor's degree level or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience
