Job Description

• Bachelor Degree or above with minimally 5-7 years of relevant collections experience preferably in SME/Business Banking
• Experience with Statistical models and ideally AI models in collections
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Strong knowledge of industries and economic environment in the region
• Familiar with MAS regulations such as MAS Notice 612, MAS guideline on Risk Management Practices and other relevant regulations

Responsibilities:

· Process staff claims and payments for daily operating expenses;

· Prepare accounting schedules such as Fixed Assets Register and Listing of OPEX.

· Preparation and posting of Journal Entries.

· Perform bank reconciliation;

· Perform quarterly GST filing;

· Prepare internal management reports such as daily monitoring and report calculation, daily regulatory data base calculation;

· Prepare MAS regulatory reports, such as MAS 610, 649, 640 etc

· Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly Head Office Reports;

· Other administrative support duties.

Requirements:

· Possess an accounting degree.

· Min 1 year of relevant accounting experience

. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

· Good knowledge of MS Excel is essential.

· A good team player with good attitude.

· Meticulous and attention to details.

Ability to work under pressure and tight timeline.
