Job Responsibilities:

• Settlement arrangement (T/T, GIRO, Cheque issue etc.)

• Journal entries input for settlement.

• Non-trade payment workflow arrangement.

• Input of daily loan transactions in SAP and prepare interests settlement workflow.

• Enhancement of internal control and optimization for business processes by continuous review of current process and system utilization.

• Maintain stable daily operation by supporting other colleagues, other AP offices and affiliates.

• Other finance related issue and administrative work.

• Any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in related field

• Preferably with few years of experiences in settlement and LC operation

• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage

• Strong attention to accuracy and detail.

• Possess good presentation and problem-solving skills

• Possess effective communication skills and open-mindedness for good team player.

Job Scope

Reporting to the Senior Executive Team and managing 1 direct report, you will oversee the full spectrum of Finance & Accounting activities. Responsibilities include monthly financial close processes, reporting, cashflow management, budgeting & forecasting, tax, treasury and audit. You will be responsible in ensuring compliance with statutory and GAAP requirements as well as to company accounting policies. You will also oversee corporate governance, internal control, and drive process improvement.

An important aspect is to handle Investor Relations, with an ability to deliver effective communication to investors about the company’s financial performance & strategies. You will build and maintain relationships with investors, present financial results, and respond to investors, media, analysts and bankers queries.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders in driving KPI reporting and analysis to support business performance and expansion plans. You will support and provide advice on financial impacts, when setting up new overseas entities, and evaluate feasibility and ROI in setting up new retail stores and/or franchise arrangement.

The Assistant Finance Manager / Senior Accountant reports to the Finance Director and is responsible for all consolidation, accounting, tax, treasury, reporting and finance functions of corporate subsidiaries and portfolios held by the Group.

The role:

• Provide timely financial reporting of the Group and Business Units’ results, including financial analysis and information for management decision-making.
• Oversee year-end Group audit and statutory audits, financial statements preparation, XBRL, and tax filings, and collaborate with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers as needed.

• Excellent knowledge of IFRS and Singapore tax regulations.

Job Descriptions:

• Handle and maintain AP & GL of the account.
• Responsible for month-end closing process.
