• Manufacturing company, company is expanding and this role will head the finance team.
• Able to speak Thai, Mandarin and English to liaise with Thai, Mandarin and English speaking counterpart

Responsibilities:

• Familiar with Thailand Accounting Standard and Tax Rules.
• In charge of all finance related matters at company level.
• Monthly financial reporting to holding company. (China MNC)
• Implementation and compliance of Group accounting policies.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on year end audit and tax matters.
• Regulatory reporting such as Annual Return, Income Tax Filling, etc.
• Liaise with bankers for loan related matters.
• Review legal contracts.
• Work with senior team members to grow the businesses formulating strategies and plans.
• Effectively manage expenses, working capital and cash flow
• Oversee day to day finance operations: manage in-house accountant, assess current workflow within the organisation, and implement new policies and procedures to improve efficiencies and internal control.
• Ensure the company is in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Establish FP&A framework to drive performance management and planning activities. This includes identifying Key Performance Indicators, finding out root causes of performance variances, and recommending solutions (e.g. pricing, cost control and etc.) in order for the business to achieve/ over-perform its target.
• Work together with various departments to develop short-term and long term planning through periodically forecasting and annual budgeting. Perform financial projections on new business initiatives, analysing risk and opportunities and recommend feasible operating plan.
• Work with external auditors and address their findings and recommendations

Requirements:

• Must Read, Write & Speak Thai, Mandarin and English Language to communicate effectively with Thai, Mandarin and English speaking counterparts.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance and CPA
• 10+ years of professional working experience in a similar capacity
• Audit experience and experience in manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to collect, combine and analyse information under challenging conditions.
• Focused on continuous improvement and development of the Finance function.
• Knowledge on IFRS as well as China GAAP.

• Responsible for budgeting and forecast activities, as well as monthly management and financial reporting duties.
• Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management and stakeholders.

• Handle tax responsibilities and audit matters.

Requirement:

• Minimum 4 years of financial management experience

• Familiar with using spreadsheets and PowerPoint.
• Audit experience is preferred.

• Preparation of full set month-end closing and daily accounting functions;
• Filing of all tax return and submission of books and schedules to BIR.
• Liase with government bodies.
• Prepare regular financial analysis, management reports, annual budgets and forecast, etc. with value-added analyses and recommendations
• Assist in coordinating auditing matters with external auditors;

Job Requirements

• Degree, Higher Diploma or Diploma holder in Accountancy or above in related discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in in energy industry preferable
• Experience in filing official documents to government departments and BIR (including tax return, SSS, Pagibig Philhealth ) preferable.
• Expert proficiency in MS Excel with some operational experience in SAP
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated and detail-minded
• With strong sense of responsibility and pro-active and a team player;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and local languages.
• Ability to work independently.
