We are looking for a skilled Asisstant Executive/Executive (AP) to be responsible to lead a team for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

• Manage pool of staffs in assigning daily responsibilities, ensuring assigned work completed within stipulated timeline
• Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

• Generate reports detailing accounts payables status

Accounting & Reporting (30%):

Requirements:

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
