RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement improvements to the control environment to maintain PepsiCo Standards. Analyze business processes – particularly in the event of a significant business or system change – and work with process owners to develop controls and assign control owners

2. Financial Compliance Lead

• Responsible for Sox testing coordination and reporting

This role will also perform the accounting and reporting for Manufacturing Overhead, Capital and Productivity and is responsible for maintaining a strong control environment in accordance with PepsiCo policy. The role will assist to prepare the Annual Operating Plan, actuals and forecast for the Singapore plant for MOH and Capital, together with ensuring that month end and period close processes and variance analysis are completed and reported on time. In addition, they will be solely responsible for reviewing the Capital Spend. As part of this they will support the Engineering team on Capex preparation and the Singapore Management team on budget Control on Operating Spend. JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the Finance Analyst will work together with the Singapore Finance Team and Asia Shared Service Centre (SSC) to support the Singapore business by managing the day-to-day finance operations, delivering insightful timely analysis and other financial planning needs.

Reporting to the Regional FPSO Manager, we are looking for an FPSO Analyst to drive business transformations by developing and improving core business processes/structures and facilitating the implementation of new systems/processes/requirements with minimal business impact.  Your objectives will be to ensure that the systems meet business requirements, controls, and compliance; that users are trained and use the system correctly; and that support is delivered in a pro-active and efficient manner.
