Objective:

• Provide quality support for Cost Controlling, Planning, and Actuals reporting.
• Support SA management & invoicing, ensuring compliance with guidelines/policies.
• Execute Month-end and Year-end closing reporting for IT Controlling.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Planning and Cost Controlling:

• Execute planning cycles.
• Collaborate with project managers and IT teams for budget forecasts and tracking.
• Update planning numbers in Controlling tools and SAP.
• Monitor IT project budgets and identify cost variations.

2.Actual Reporting and Closing Activities:

• Execute month-end and year-end closing activities for IT Controlling.
• Update monthly actuals in the Self-Service portal.
• Perform consistency checks on actual vs plan, GR reports, and PO commitment reports.

3.Service Agreement / Invoicing:

• Create and review Service Agreements (SA) and Change Requests (CR).
• Ensure billing schedules, SA/CR statuses, and invoices are up to date.
• Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

4.Other Duties:

• Coordinate with the Shared Services team.
• Log non-compliance IT purchases.
• Support identified projects and prepare presentations.

Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting or financial services.
• Advanced skills in MS Office and SAP.
• Good knowledge of Accounting, IFRS, and tax regulations.
