A highly established Investment Firm is seeking a AVP, IT Auditor to join the team.

The successful candidate will be part of a stable team, providing IT assurance and advisory across the different IT domains including information security, cybersecurity, infrastructure and applications. Evaluation of IT operations, identifying risk and control gaps and making recommendations to the relevant stakeholders through audit findings and reports.

The ideal candidate should have at least 6-8 years relevant experience in audit covering IT Audit within financial services firms. CISA, CISM, CISSP will be an added advantage. Strong communication skills a pre-requisite as you will be required to work closely important business stakeholders for your audit work. Minimal travel is required for the role.

Job Scopes

• Manage backlog & stakeholder, clear understanding of the delivery and it’s ROI to prioritize work clearly for the cross functional team to deliver together.
• Gather detailed requirement from business lead for analysis, collaborate with stakeholders for UI of signoff, Data requirement, copytext, notifications templates, review for error scenarios.
• Work closely with development to clarify requirements & ensure priorities are clear and provide SME knowledge where required.
• Create the release plan with scrum master, with details on UAT, testing strategy, coverage, entry and exit criteria to implementation approach.
• Manage sprint activities from sprint grooming, prioritisation, refinement, demo and related ceremonies.
• Oversee delivery execution from QA resourcing, quality, sprint demo, status reporting from velocity to aging tickets and escalation where required.
• Manage allocated testing budget.
• Provide UAT signoff against agreed exit criteria and track agreed open items.
• Prepare Go Live plan, soliciting for support, arrange for touchpoint and BAU support.
• Support GO Live implementation and postproduction issues from troubleshooting, investigation.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or any related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in managing large scale IT projects in banking or financial or any relevant industry.
• Experience in leading and managing delivery of high impact and cross-functional program initiatives.
• Experience in managing resource planning, as well as coordinating with cross functional teams within the Technology and Operations.
• Internal and external stakeholder management.
• Must have product owner experience in banking industry.
