Job Scopes
- Manage backlog & stakeholder, clear understanding of the delivery and it’s ROI to prioritize work clearly for the cross functional team to deliver together.
- Gather detailed requirement from business lead for analysis, collaborate with stakeholders for UI of signoff, Data requirement, copytext, notifications templates, review for error scenarios.
- Work closely with development to clarify requirements & ensure priorities are clear and provide SME knowledge where required.
- Create the release plan with scrum master, with details on UAT, testing strategy, coverage, entry and exit criteria to implementation approach.
- Manage sprint activities from sprint grooming, prioritisation, refinement, demo and related ceremonies.
- Oversee delivery execution from QA resourcing, quality, sprint demo, status reporting from velocity to aging tickets and escalation where required.
- Manage allocated testing budget.
- Provide UAT signoff against agreed exit criteria and track agreed open items.
- Prepare Go Live plan, soliciting for support, arrange for touchpoint and BAU support.
- Support GO Live implementation and postproduction issues from troubleshooting, investigation.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or any related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in managing large scale IT projects in banking or financial or any relevant industry.
- Experience in leading and managing delivery of high impact and cross-functional program initiatives.
- Experience in managing resource planning, as well as coordinating with cross functional teams within the Technology and Operations.
- Internal and external stakeholder management.
- Must have product owner experience in banking industry.
