Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and analysis for decision-making purposes.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, and report on variances.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes where necessary.
• Manage the preparation and filing of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.
• Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Accounting and Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Experience in budget preparation and forecasting.
• Proficient in using financial management software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
