We are seeking a well qualified candidate to join the Finance team as Finance Executive.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform Accounts Payables/Receivables function for several legal entities in the region.
• Ensure disbursements/collections are processed timely and accurately
• Post entries with accurate accounts coding, description, and other details
• Work closely with G/L accountants on reconciliations
• Deliver accurate and timely financial reports
• Assist in-country compliance with government regulations including external audits and tax returns.

Budget controlling

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Acquisition/Divestment:

• Monitoring, identifying and originating new development and/or value-add opportunities in Singapore across the asset classes including residential, commercial, industrial/business parks and mixed-use projects.
