Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining full set of accounts and tax submission for a portfolio of entities in Singapore and ensuring that they are IFRS and tax compliant.
• Responsible for reporting of Joint Venture companies results in Cognos
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of monthly/ quarterly reporting of management accounts
• Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and submission of treasury reports, including daily cash sweep balance report to Group Treasury
• Provide support in the year-end audit, annual budget and forecast exercise
• Provide support in the implementation of Finance SOPs in overseas entities and review of operational finance work done by the local Finance teams
• Support in the new systems implementation (budgeting, Cognos and SAP)
• Handling both internal and external audit requirements (XBRL filing and FS preparation)
• Any other duties as may be assigned

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

• Possess ACCA/ degree/ Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years’ relevant working experience
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax, MS Excel/ Cognos, S4 HANA & REVAL is required
• Meticulous, analytical and able to work under pressure & tight deadlines
• Strong analytical skills for financial data, with an eye for details
• Able to self-motivate and encourage cohesive work team

Job Title: Costing & Manufacturing Engineer (ID5022)
Location: Gul Circle
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm
Salary: $3200 - $5000

Job Description:

This position is responsible for deciding the manufacturing sequence, routing, estimation, submission of quotes and close follow up on enquires to win orders. The Costing & Manufacturing Engineer is responsible to create job routings for confirmed orders in line with the quoted scope and customer bill of materials. This is a fast paced customer facing position.

• Perform costing of jobs.
• Responsible for submission of quotes and customer’s point of contact for clarifications as well as purchase order.
• Perform order processing from quotation to delivery.
• Create manufacturing process routings and job completion in ERP system.
• Liaise with customers and vendors on order requirements.
• Responsible for assigned customers’ sales revenue and margin targets.
• Liaise with operations team on high profile sales order manufacturing plan.

Requirement:
• Degree in mechanical engineering / manufacturing engineering (Diploma holders with similar industrial experience will be considered)
• Good understanding of precision machining processes.
• Well versed with manufacturing process & good understanding of material specifications common to Oil & Gas industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven individual with a positive learning attitude.
• Excellent spreadsheet skills with basic knowledge in ERP systems.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas machining or similar Industry.
• Candidates with no experience (Mechanical Engineering discipline) are also welcome to apply. On the job training will be provided.

Broad Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordination and scheduling of project activities in the key stages of data migration, system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT);
• Documentation of key discussions, follow up actions and preparing presentations for internal approvals;
• Performing data analysis, crunching, reconciliation and cleansing;
• SIT and UAT coordination with various Markets, follow through issues and re-test and closure;
• Completion of relevant change management documentation including training materials;
• Documentation of specific scenarios handling, learnings, etc. from SIT and UAT to be incorporated as part of users guides, for go-live readiness.

Requirements:

• Finance and Accountancy – Accounting standards, basic Finance processes; and/or
• Financial Planning and Analysis, Business Performance Analysis, Business Analytics; and/or
• Information Systems, Digital, Data & Analytics.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English (and Chinese for one of the interns)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office e.g. MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Visio
• Software/application skills e.g. data blending/query tools"
