Job Description:

• Maintain, review and implement financial and accounting policies to ensure compliance with company's policies and good governance, practice and standard.

The Senior Finance Manager will be a strategic thought-partner, and report to the Executive Director. The Senior Finance Manager will partner with the senior leadership and the board of directors to develop and implement strategies across the organization. She/He will be a hands-on and participative manager and will lead and develop an internal team to support the following areas: finance, business planning and budgeting. In addition, the successful candidate will oversee all compliance and recognition for government contracts and grants. Qualifications:

The Senior Finance Manager will be a seasoned and mature leader with at least 5-10 years of broad finance experience, ideally audit experience, followed by experience gathering and evaluating financial information and making actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

He/She will ideally have experience managing Finance (accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting) for a complex non-profit with multiple funding sources including government contracts.

The Finance Manager will have the following experience and attributes:

· A minimum of a Diploma/Bachelor degree in Accounting.

· Mature and proactive, with experience working as a business partner to the Chief Executive Officer or equivalent.
