Responsibilities:

- Provide full secretarial and administration support to lawyers in the team.

- Responsible for legal documentation and efficient document tracking, filing, and management.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience in motor claims, accident claims, personal injury, and industrial accidents.

- Proficient in written and spoken English. Applicants with Mandarin/dialect proficiency will have an advantage in the position applied for.

- Knowledge of eLitigation is a must.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

- A good team player and a meticulous individual with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.

Job Duties:

• Provide seceretarial and administrative support to Senior Manager/s and generally supports an entire department
• Coordinates all aspects of executive level manager appointments, meetings, events and conference calls
• May prepare and review materials and correspondence for meetings
• Maintains visitor log and coordinates employee onboarding, seat allocation, rearrangement and exit formalities
• May assist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents
• Coordinates on travel arrangements; prepare and distribute schedules/agendas for travel
• Assist COO office in continuity of business planning, recording and monitoring
• Processing of expense claims and reports
• Generating various daily, monthly, and quarterly portfolio reports
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• At least 5-10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant, Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
