On-boarding/Exit Arrangement

1. Before a staff joins, order a new laptop via MyPortal (if an existing laptop is available, no need to order), apply access card, shared drive, softphone, skype for business, mobimax via Sailpoint, apply Kofax via MyPortal.
2. Update APAC Office Schedule, Phone List, Call Tree
3. Maintain the Statutory Declaration / Letter of Undertaking Register & records
4. Send laptops to IT for rebuilding when a staff resigns (if the laptop is over 3.5 years, return it to IT).

Procurement

1. Requisition of IT equipment – via my Portal
2. Maintain IT inventory list
3. Order stationery
4. Liaise with OCS on facilities matter
