2. Conduct over-the-counter transactions, including cash deposits and withdrawals, with precision and efficiency.
3. Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring service delivery standards are met to achieve total customer satisfaction.
4. Prospect and introduce customers to the Bank's products and services.
5. Educate and guide customers towards our digital platform for a seamless banking experience.
6. Drive service excellence by actively managing customer satisfaction metrics, including customer wait time, problem resolution, and feedback/escalation/complaints.
7. Identify and understand customer issues, escalating them to management when necessary in a timely fashion.

Requirements:

1. Minimum GCE “O” levels
2. Previous experience in a customer-facing role
