About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to deliver innovative business solutions in SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO). In this role, you will:

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis and Requirements GatheringCollaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements related to Controlling (CO).
   Identify opportunities to optimize processes using SAP CO functionalities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

   Configure key CO modules, including:Product Costing

   Ensure seamless integration of CO with other modules such as FI, MM, SD, and PP.
   
4. Testing and Quality AssuranceDevelop and execute test plans to validate functionality and performance.
   Identify and resolve issues to ensure high-quality implementations.
   
5. Go-Live and Post-Implementation SupportSupport the go-live phase, including user training and cutover activities.
   Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
   

Required Skills and Experience

• Functional ExpertiseProven expertise in SAP CO modules, including Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Overhead Costing, and Period-End Closing.
  Strong understanding of CO concepts, such as cost element accounting, activity-based costing, and variance analysis.
  
• Technical SkillsProficiency in SAP S/4HANA configuration and customization.
  Familiarity with ABAP programming (preferred).
  Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5.

Work you’ll do

This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses the SAP Module solutions respectively. As a leader of this group, you will drive the growth of our SAP business in the region and be responsible for the creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions: Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development, SAP Business Transformation, etc.

• Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyse process and reporting requirements.
• Advise clients on industry/ cross-industry leading practices and SAP recommended processes & functions.
• Design target state SAP solutions for clients to influence clients’ thinking in adopting leading/ standard practices while developing target state.
• Analyse application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solution.

The Opportunity

As part of the Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice you will provide a well-integrated broad array of risk management and regulatory advisory services to financial institutions with a focus on regulatory compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant in the FSRM team, you will be leading EY services in the market through business development, sales, project planning and high-quality project execution. You will be leading projects relating to:

• Compliance Frameworks – understanding of core compliance functions and related technology applications addressing compliance risk assessment, policy management, testing, monitoring and surveillance and reporting
• Regulatory gap assessments and remediation
• Provide updates to the industry on the latest relevant laws and regulations required for the financial institutions
• Advice and guidance on structuring approaches to emerging regulatory compliance or regulatory exam findings

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Strong understanding of and practical experience related to regulatory requirements across various market activities of FIs such as:

1. Banking Act, SFA, FAA, underlying regulations, and SGX rules. Insurance Regulatory Compliance knowledge as added advantage.
2. Institutional / Investment banking compliance topics and issues relevant to capital markets activity including conflicts of interest, information barriers, insider trading, restricted trading / control room processes, market abuse and conduct
3. Private banking / wealth management compliance related to key topics regarding suitability, sales practices, new product processes, or client money
4. Retail /consumer banking compliance incl. consumer protection, conduct, treating customers fairly, mortgage and consumer lending regulation
5. Knowledge of banking products, market conventions and sales practice

7. Ability to develop and implement practical client solutions and execute projects based on key compliance principles

To qualify for the role, you must have

Insurance Claim Executive (Automotive)

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Claims Advisors on information and documents to support claims negotiation and settlement;
• Coordinate with Customer Service Coordinators to ensure accurate and timely submission of Letter of Demand (LODs);
• Negotiate with insurers on claims offers on behalf of customers (un-insured losses claims, loss of use/rental, etc.);
• Gather, analyse and present evidence/information on complex claims cases to support in getting customers a fair deal on liability judgements and claims offers;
• Provide accurate and timely advices on claims offers and updates on status to Claims Advisors and customers;
• Ensure timely closure of claims and escalate cases to direct manager on overdue / low insurers’ offers;
• Submit Refund forms for claims due to customers and/or companies upon receiving insurers’ payment confirmation;
• Provide timely updates and details of insurers’ claims payments to customers and/or companies. Ensure related reports are updated whenever there is a change in case status;
• Ensure all claims document/information are organised and updated to ensure easy visibility/tracking and retrievable;
• Sort and place physical files/documents based on category and status of each claim at designated area;
• Update related reports/records for on-time tracking of status;
• Submit closed cases to CSCs for secured storage. Assist in such filing where required;
• Carry out claims processes diligently to achieve company’s KPIs (Claims Settlement, Accounts Receivables, etc.);
• Actively initiate/participate to improve such processes when required;
• Support in updating or provision of such report(s) on bi-monthly basis or other period specified by management.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience handling Motor Insurance;
• Minimum GCE "O" level;
• Independent individual who is able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
• Meticulous, committed and a strong team player.
