General bookkeeping and accounting data entry
Handle partial set of accounts including account receivables, payable and general ledger
Responsible for preparation and processing of bank payments and employee reimbursement
Issuing invoice, DO, and update banking file in Excel format
Maintain good documentation and filing system
Assist in monthly and yearend financial reporting
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting / LCCI or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge in MYOB will be an advantage
Proficient in MS office
