ERP Deployment and Management
· Lead the end-to-end deployment of the ERP system (NetSuite) across Ben Line, ensuring timely and effective implementation in line with the project plan.

· Manage ERP project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring alignment with project goals and company objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration
· Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to define ERP requirements, develop project plans, and ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
Change Management
· Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate a smooth transition to the new ERP, including communication plans, training programs, and user support materials.
Data Governance
· Ensure Finance data integrity, security, and accuracy within the ERP by implementing robust data governance practices.
Continuous Improvement
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within Finance operations, leveraging ERP capabilities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
User Support and Training
· Develop and deliver training programs for ERP users, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure effective use of the system.
Business Process Optimization
· Analyze and map existing financial processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation within the ERP system. Ensure that all finance processes are effectively integrated into the ERP platform.
Vendor Management
· Identify and mitigate risks associated with the ERP deployment, including system integration challenges, data security, and compliance with financial regulations.
Risk Management
· Manage relationships with ERP vendors and consultants, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to contractual agreements.
Performance Metrics
· Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ERP implementation and utilization, driving continuous improvement initiatives based on data insights.
