We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. Responsiblities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns.
• Provide feedback on marketing and sales efforts, including campaign success and market conditions.
• Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out.
• Report on sales results, forecasts, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesperson or relevant role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to meet the needs of our diverse clientele including frequent interactions with Chinese stakeholders / counterparts.
• Proficiency in using Chinese social media applications such as Xiaohongshu / Wechat, as these platforms are essential for engaging with stakeholders in Mandarin-speaking regions.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Fast learner with a passion for sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
