As a F&B Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage the daily operations of the restaurants, ensuring food sanitation and safety standards are maintained.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to plan seasonal menus, F&B promotions and activity.
• Monitor employee schedules ensuring it is in accordance with manning guide and business forecast.
• Motivate employees to improve work performance maintaining high productivity and morale.
• Establish good rapport with members and guests, handle all F&B complaints, requests and enquiries promptly.
• Manage inventories, energy consumption and preventive maintenance regularly to ensure cost effectiveness and prevent wastage.
• Assists with regular inventories of operating equipment in conjunction with the stewarding department when required by management.
• Evaluate and control F&B cost and expenses closely.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ of experience in managing a restaurant or bistro.

As a Manager, Healthcare Performance & Innovation Office, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist leadership in creating, planning, and executing continuous improvement and innovation initiatives that comply with National Healthcare Standards.
• Design, implement, and tailor training and practical application programs focused on Lean Thinking, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Lead events, projects, and workshops, offering guidance on Rapid Improvement Events (RIE), Process Preparation (2P), and 6S methodologies.
• Mentor a group of trained in-house facilitators.
• Promote and enhance innovation and digital transformation efforts.
• Launch and manage the Quality Improvement Project awards.
• Organize the annual Quality & Safety Festival.
• Coordinate surveys initiated by MOH, AIC, or RH (CGH) (e.g., Patient Safety Culture Survey, Patient Experience Survey), analyze the results, and implement improvement actions.
• Work with external organizations on quality enhancement initiatives, such as organizing Quality Conferences and collaborative improvement projects across institutions.
• Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

Responsibilities:

• A degree in Business / Industrial Design / Engineering / Medicine / Nursing / Pharmaceutical Science
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is highly preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Healthcare
• Experience in facilitating workshops and conducting training
• Experience in applying Design Thinking framework and other human-centric design techniques, including persona development, jobs-to-be-done, crafting of insights, journey mapping, rapid prototyping and the building of wireframes, clickable or physical prototypes is highly preferred
• Experience in design and marketing will be an added advantage
