Supervise and coordinate all F&B activities
Train and develop staff in accordance with company standards
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to achieve departmental goals
Prepare reports and budgeting as required
Requirements:
Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role
Extensive knowledge of F&B operations and service procedures
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
