Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all F&B activities
- Train and develop staff in accordance with company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to achieve departmental goals
- Prepare reports and budgeting as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of F&B operations and service procedures
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
