Monthly Salary: S$8,800 to S$9,800

Job Responsibilities:

1. Able to produce more than 200 portions daily and master the whole kitchen yourself - manage all kitchen and food operations, preparation, and cooking.
2. Take care of creating social media content for pictures and texts, and have a track record of building a social media Instagram page with 3000+ followers.
3. Responsible for managing the company's finances to ensure all the payments internally and externally are accurate and on time.
4. Comply with local country food hygiene standards and all health and safety protocols.
5. Follow up on the Company’s health and create short-term and long-term plans for the restaurant.

Job Requirements:

1. Six years’ experience as a crepe master and restaurant manager specializing in making authentic galettes and crepes from Bretagne, France.
2. Possession of a master of product development is an advantage.
3. Must have a certificate as a crepe master to know how to prepare the right ingredients and dough traditionally.
4. Have six years’ plus as a head chef and possess restaurant management experience on several premises.
5. Experience in successfully launching new businesses.
6. Fluent in English, French, and Swedish, as you must communicate with internal (shareholders in French and Swedish) and external stakeholders, including French suppliers and clients.

Job Description

1. Develop and manage the daily operations of the online education services of student recruitment and enrolment.
2. Understand company performance goals and be responsible for developing and implementing student recruitment and conversion strategies in Singapore and SEA.
3. Use big data to identify and analyze risk and create a strategic plan to turn risk into opportunities.
4. Manage, plan, and coordinate local and SEA outreach events.
5. Build and manage a solid network of recruitment agents and channel partners to increase market share.
6. Identify and create digital/AI technology solutions to inspire interest and interactive online learning platforms to enhance productivity and engagement.
7. Align with the Company’s vision to drive and apply new technology solutions (digital and AI) to conduct online education services in Singapore and SEA.
8. Partner with internal leadership and external stakeholders to spearhead innovative AI projects.

Job Requirements

1. A master’s degree in computer science, information systems, and AI.
2. At least 5 years of relevant working experience in online education services and a senior management capacity.
3. Relevant experience in managing multi-projects and ability to execute/achieve projects on time and within budget.
4. Strategic thinking skills with a broad perspective of different issues.
5. Good English and Chinese communication skills (both written and verbal), negotiation, and influence skills as this position needs to present his/her solutions to the senior management team, who are primarily Chinese-speaking.
6. Ability to act as a change agent.
7. Proven knowledge of AI and its potential.
8. Be able to work as an individual contributor and report for duty before the end of Feb 2024.
