Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Hair Consultant to provide professional scalp analyses, recommend personalized treatment services and products, and achieve sales targets. Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct professional scalp analyses and clearly communicate the benefits of various treatments and products.
• Drive sales by promoting packages tailored to individual clients' needs and achieving monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering outstanding customer service and addressing their hair and scalp concerns.
• Perform basic hands-on treatments when needed to support the service experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer progress and updates in both treatment cards and the computer system.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty industry, particularly in selling beauty packages.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Attentive to customer needs, with a detail-oriented approach and a strong sense of urgency.

Additional Information

• Salary: Up to $2,000 basic, with monthly commissions and incentives (gross earnings from $5,000+), plus a variable bonus.
• Work Schedule: 6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays, with off-in-lieu for public holiday shifts.
• Hours: 10 am to 7 pm or 12 pm to 9 pm, depending on the roster.
• Location: Assignments at Orchard (Wheelock or Ngee Ann City) or Bedok Mall, as determined by the Hiring Manager.
