Our Client is a crude oil processing refinery in Jurong Island. They are looking for highly-motivated and achievement-oriented individual who thrive in a team-based work environment.

• Perform administration activities such as backing up and restoration of projects 3D model, model data reuse and transform, access control, batch report generation.
• Create and maintain system hierachy, specifications & catalog.
• Export and Import external 3D data ( e.g. Scanning Data, ZVF, NWD, XML etc ) for 3D modelling and viewing.
• Provide end-user training, support and assistance in resolution of 3D modeling, automated Piping isometric drawing and piping plan drawing and software issues.
• Develop 3D modelling procedures and updates as per project requirement.
• Coordinate with engineering company / drafting contractor to ensure that their 3D modelling work is comply with company standard and able to intergrate with company master model.
• Work closely with the SPPID/SPI/SPF team for data intergration in SPO.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent in an engineering-related discipline.
• At least 5 years hands on experience in SP3D Administration and Modeling works.
• Knowledge of Oracle DB and smart plant application like SPF, SPPID will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Develop technical plans and drawings based on the project requirement.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and interior designers to fully understand design specifications and incorporate their feedback into both 2D and 3D models.
• Ensure that all 2D & 3D drawings align with the overall design concept and integrate with other architectural and structural plans to maintain cohesion throughout the project.
• Produce realistic 3D representations of interior spaces to help stakeholders and clients understand how design concepts, color palettes, and material finishes will appear in the finished product.
• Ensuring that the drafting process is accurate and compliant.
• Keep accurate records and ensure that drawings and documentation are updated for ease of retrieval.

Requirements:

• Professional Cert/Diploma/Degree in Architecture/ Civil Engineering/ Interior Design or any other related field.
• 1-3 years of working experience in drafting with a strong understanding of technical drawing and design principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp / Adobe Illustrator software.
• Able to identify and resolve issues related to drawing accuracy and design specifications.
