Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Drafter to join our team. In this role, you will create compelling 3D visualizations and produce precise technical drawings and keylines for fixtures and point-of-sale (POS) displays. Your work will play a vital role in ensuring creative designs are structurally sound, visually appealing, and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality 3D visualizations of designs.
• Produce accurate technical drawings and keylines for fixtures and small POS displays.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs meet specifications for structure and finishings.
• Ensure all drawings align with brand guidelines and production standards.
• Review and refine designs to maintain the highest quality, accuracy, and functionality.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in drafting technical drawings and keylines, preferably in fixtures and point-of-sale displays.
• Skilled in 3D visualization and proficient in drafting software such as AutoCAD and Adobe Illustrator.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work seamlessly with production teams.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is highly preferred for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Job Description

Responsibility & Scope of Works:

-Produce 2D space planning on layout plans based on design conceptualization

-Develop 3D rendering visuals, hand-drawn perspective drawing and colour rendering with detailed materials and furnishings chosen with accurate specifications

-Work closely with Interior Designers, Marketing team, in order to deliver to customers, the best interior design for their spaces

-Revise drawings and layout to accommodate changes and enhancements

Requirement:

-Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, V-Ray (or any other 3D rendering software)

-Good knowledge of drawing preparation & organization

-Experience in commercial and residential projects will be an advantage

-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent

-Required language: English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking co-worker and customers)

-Minimum 1 year or above working experience in Interior Design firm related field is preferred

-Able to Start Work Immediately or within short notice
