We are seeking a skilled SEO/SEM Manager to join our team and lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in developing and implementing SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility, drive organic and paid traffic, and maximize ROI. The candidate should also possess strong analytical skills and be proficient in Google Analytics to track and measure campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and improve website ranking for the company.
· Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization to enhance website visibility and search engine performance.
· Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and increase conversion rates while minimizing cost per acquisition.
· Utilize Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve marketing initiatives.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and designers, to implement SEO best practices and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
· Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly, ensuring sustained growth and competitiveness for the company.
· Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including organic traffic, conversion rates, and keyword rankings, to stakeholders.
· Stay abreast of emerging technologies and tools in the digital marketing space, recommending and implementing innovative solutions as appropriate.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
· 3-5 years of experience in SEO/SEM management, with a proven track record of success in improving website visibility and driving traffic.
· Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
· Google Analytics certification and Google Ads certification preferred.
· Experience with e-commerce platforms and local SEO initiatives is a plus.
