• Credit Card Reconciliation: Match credit card transactions between the payment terminal and POS system daily.

2) Accounts Receivables Function

• Monitor and Reconcile Daily: Check and balance all credit card transactions for the hotel and outlets (F&B and Non-F&B) every day.

3) General Cashiering

• Cashier Reconciliation: Balance the Cash Machine and Float transactions in Opera for each Front Office team member. Ensure Duty Managers sign off on all payouts and deposits received.
• Transaction Monitoring: Track Cash Machine activity, ensuring all withdrawals and deposits are valid.
• Address Discrepancies: Report any cash discrepancies to the Duty Manager, Front Office, Accountant, Financial Controller, and General Manager. Resolve issues within 24 hours.
• Cash Count: Conduct surprise cash counts of floats and the Cash Machine monthly, ideally twice a month with the Accountant or Financial Controller.
• Cash Limits and Deposits: Keep the Cash Machine balance below $20k, including cash floats. Deposit any excess in the bank with a Security Officer present.
• Record Keeping: Save scanned copies of all bank and cash machine slips in the “Banking Matters” folder for audit and records.

• Assist in daily finance operations (includes payments, receipts, AP & AR transactions);- Assist in partial/full set of accounts and prepare balance sheet schedules and ensure timely, complete and accurate recording of accounting entries into MYOB accounting system;
• Posting of month-end closing journal entries;
• General office administration such as: filing, scanning, photocopying, archiving, office supplies;
• Assist in preparing documents for submission of government grant claims;
• Manage and handle documents, records and maintain an organized filing system.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Manager in-charge

Requirements

• LCCI or Diploma in Accounting;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Fast learner with strong sense of initiative & good communication skills- Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Accounts Services Executive ( Client Servicing ) - TEAM B

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and liaise closely with operation, projects and accounts department in company to ensure smooth servicing for existing clients
• Respond actively to sales enquiry, preparation in quotations and customer servicing
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations
• Answers inquiries and provide information on the products and services of the company
• Manage project deliverables in milestones are met according to schedule
• Project Lead to oversee on-site operation
• Communicate with client, consultant and stakeholder involved in projects
• Research and propose technologies and structural design for new projects
• Coordinate with various vendors for logistic and equipment support
• Support any ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Candidates with knowledge of Digital Media or Interactive Design will have an added advantage
• A highly motivated individual that is able to work independently, even under challenging conditions and resources
• A good communicator with strong analytical skills, constantly probing and uncovering new business opportunities

Job Scope & Responsibilities:

- Handle full set accounts

- Preparation and filling of GST

- Support sales team members to develop professional and excellent working relationship with clients
