Job Purpose:

3) People

• Support, coach, consult Store-In-Charge to develop recruitment and training plan so that stores are appropriately staffed with competent staff and management team.

We are looking for a Senior Executive to join our Sector Communication & Engagement Department. The role will assist the Team Lead to help shape and drive effective and timely engagements with our Community Care Partners through our various engagement channels.

Working as part of a team, the role will also see them organising major annual events for the sector, such as the Community Care Work Plan Seminar, Community Care Day and Community Care Conference, over and above other regularised events in AIC’s calendar.
