About the Role

The Manager in the ST Outreach and Engagement team will conceptualise, plan and execute events and the publicity plan for The Straits Times, based on objectives, target audience and requirements.

In this role, your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

EVENTS

• Be responsible for managing events from start-to-finish (from conceptualising and programming to scheduling, marketing, budgeting, venue-sourcing, developing customer journey plan and producing post-mortem reports)

• Develop and implement the integrated marketing and communication plans for the respective events
• Craft and edit high quality copy for use on different assets and platforms
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

• Be in charge of surveys and feedbacks for all events - from crafting the questions to analysing results
