Roles & Responsibilities
1. Serve as the main/first point of contact between the Group and all relevant data protection authorities/ regulators.
2. Ensure the Group’s policy is in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and code of practice.
3. Evaluate, review and enhance the existing framework, ensuring its relevance with the Group’s businesses in consultation with key stakeholders.
4. Proactively conduct regular internal security audits to ensure compliance, address potential issues and submit monthly reports for management’s review.
5. Provide guidance, and support, and act as the subject matter expert to Management and fellow colleagues.
6. Conceptualise, and translate ideas and regulations into an effective training package; train and conduct workshops for internal staff members.
7. Train and guide members of staff involved in processing data on all the key salient points for compliance.
8. Follow up with changes in law and provide suggestions to ensure compliance with GDPR.
9. Foster a data protection culture amongst employees and communicate personal data protection policies to stakeholders.
10. Manage personal data protection-related queries and complaints.
11. Alert management of any risks that might arise with regard to personal data management.
12. Liaise with PDPC on data protection matters.

OTHER RISK AND COMPLIANCE DUTIES
1. Creating and implementing an effective compliance program, statutory and operationally
2. Ensuring that the compliance program effectively prevents and/or detects violations of law, regulations, organization policies, or the code of conduct
3. Regularly reviewing the compliance program and recommending appropriate revisions and modifications, including advising the Senior Management of potential compliance risk areas

• Investigate and resolve guest complaints in a prompt and professional manner. Ensure proper documentation are in place for follow-up and have a structured plan in place to reduce similar complaint in the future.
• Constantly monitor and drive initiatives to drive ranking on various platforms, such as TripAdvisor, Google Reviews
• Ensure that the guests’ profile in the customer database is updated with the latest information and all staff on service are aware of guests’ preferences and needs.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef to curate, launch and track success of a year-long roster of promotional menu/items in line with property-wide campaign and/or with corporate initiatives.
• Conduct regular reviews of menu and promotions (including pricing, drink pairings, taste, feedback from guests, etc) with the Executive Chef, to constantly push for, and deliver a dining experience that is best in class.
• Develop and execute a marketing strategy with the CHIJMES Marketing Team to drive higher foot traffic and PR mileage for the restaurant. Take the initiative to monitor all marketing and social media channels and analyze the return of investment (“ROI”) of marketing campaigns.
• Create a safe and clean working environment by emphasizing importance of workplace safety and hygiene, and ensuring employees are sufficiently trained on such aspects.
• Perform weekly Front-of-House inspections, where needed, to follow up on critical repairs and addition & alteration works, in collaboration with Facilities.
• Work closely and lead restaurant management team to increase outlet’s productivity and efficiency. Review operating results with the restaurant management team and present monthly P&L results with CHIJMES management team.
• Prepare and be held accountable for outlet’s budget, forecasts, and CAPEX requirements.
• Ensure all cashiering procedures are processed in compliance with accounting standards and in a timely manner.

Ideal Candidate:

• Relevant certifications or degrees in hospitality management or a related field.
• Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume, upscale dining environment, local experience is a must and international experience will be ideal.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for creating a positive and vibrant team culture.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The incumbent is SME to RPA process and development.

MAIN DUTIES

• Assist with process discovery and assessment, conduct requirements workshop with various business units to identify potential automation opportunities
• Documenting Software Design Document (SDD) with as-is and to-be solution.
• Support business stakeholder/users to define RPA strategy and delivery plan to ensure smooth implementation
• Assist with assessing risks and device mitigation plan along with key stakeholders
• Set-up infrastructure to ensure the availability of IT infrastructure and Blue Prism platform for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production.
• Accountable for managing end to end RPA delivery from analysis, design, coding, UAT, deployment and post-production support.
• Accountable for the RPA environment management, patch management, planned maintenance and backup & restoration process based on the defined SLA
• Provide run support for day to day IT management and service management (i.e. incident management and problem management) to ensure smooth run operation in run mode
• Trigger and follow the provisioning of new robots in terms of machines, credentials and access rights
• Responsible for the overall developments of the RPA processes by maximizing the overlap between processes and the management of an object library
• Review and approve the transfer of an RPA process for UAT to Production systems.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
