• Maximize room sales and revenue for the Club; maintain sales attitude at all times and use every opportunity to "up-sell" the hotel rooms to increase revenue and occupancy
• Responsible for the daily operations of front office and ensure high standard of service constantly maintained
• Ensure efficient check-in & check-out of guest and members
• Study all reservations for the day and make necessary arrangements before guest's arrival
• Any other duties assigned by the reporting officer

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N' level or SHATEC education
• Some experience in a similar capacity would be an advantage
• Computer literate
• Pleasant personality and service oriented
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts including mid-night shift.

• The WSHO is responsible for overseeing and carrying out all works relating to the Safety, Health and Environmental matters in the project.
• Liaise closely with the Project Managers on workplace safety, health and environmental issues to maintain a high level of safety at the sites
• Ensure overall compliance and good procedures/ practices in statutory environmental and health requirements at project site and requirement premises at all time
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow-up actions to ensure environmental compliance
• Preparation and submission of reports
• Ensure safe work procedures implemented to control risk.

Requirements
• Registered with MOM as WSHO, ECO
• At least 2 years of experience as a WSH Officer
• Good knowledge of WSH Act and other WSH related compliance
• Must possess a WSQ Specialist Diploma in Safety & Health, or relevant degree
