Roles & Responsibilities

Duties

Resolving customer issues

Ensure and upkeep highest level of customer service

Work Closely with marketing department to disseminate information to staff

Gather feedback from customers and report to higher management

Work with kitchen crew to ensure food quality

Handle other administrative duties such as ordering stock, cashiering and duty rostering

Housekeeping

Daily washing up of restaurant area to maintain highest level of cleanliness & hygiene

Maintenance of equipment for long term use

Requirements

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in any field

Experience

3 Years experience as supervsior and above in hotel/restaurant

Language

Spoken/Written English

Job Description

• Perform cash, securities, net asset value and derivative positions against counterparty’s or custodian’s records.
• Ensure reconciliation discrepancies are followed up with counterparties and custodians and all breaks are explained and resolved in a timely manner.
• Generate and prepare monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc valuation reports for internal and external clients.
• Prepare numbers for regulatory surveys and internal management reporting.
• Review of semi-annual and annual reports to unitholders prepared by service providers.
• Prepare and send out reports to relevant parties timely.
• Assist in ensuring that all procedures performed by the team are in accordance with the Operations Manual.
• Assist in coordinating portfolio transition matters with clients, internal departments and custodians.
• Problem solving on any deliverable issues.
• Attending to queries from internal and external parties.
• Review and streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Assist in projects undertaken by the team.

Job Requirements

• Degree, preferably in Business, Finance & Accountancy
• At least 5 years in Asset Management Operations or investment service support experience. Need to have proven working knowledge of equity, fixed income and derivative products.
• Advanced securities product knowledge and fund accounting experience will be a plus.
• Meticulous and self-motivated individual, able to work under pressure, and simultaneously handle multiple assignments.
• Team oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to forge strong relationships with internal and external clients
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular, MS Excel and Word
