Roles & Responsibilities

1. Design, Develop & Review Deliverables for Oil & Gas , Petrochemical Storage Terminal EPC Project such as control System Architecture, IO List (Up to Minium 5000 IO Points In a Single Project) , Specifications , Instrument Index , Control Valve List Wiring Diagram , Functional Description , Control Narrative , Cause & Effect Matrix and SIL Loop Study Knowledge .
2. Responsible and involve in project proposal site surveys, E&I items proposal costing, project budget preparation and project execution.
3. Responsible for engineering, configuring, programming and testing of PLC, PCS, TAS (Terminal Automation System), Telemetry System and SCADA software
4. Working closely with process engineers to size and selection of control valves and field instruments to meet the process requirements
5. Design Cable & Cable Tray Routing
6. Familiar in designing ELV Systems such as FAS, PAGA, EVC, CCTV, SACS
7. Responsible for preparation of Instrument list, Instrument Data-Sheets, Instrument cable schedules, FAT/ SAT procedures
8. Performed FAT, SAT &commissioning of control system with respect to Instrument, Electrical and Package, Manage the Signing -Off SAT reports with Client.
9. Ensure projects complete within given lead time
10. Ensure products meet customer requirements
11. Actively participated in safety studies and coordinated client & Vendor meetings
12. Co-ordination of project with customers and suppliers
13. Interface design, implementation and testing between various third-party systems using Field Bus, Modbus, BACnet and all other protocols
14. Lead supervisors and technicians in PLC/ DCS field work at sites
15. Implement and propose improvement works to clients
16. Monitor plant maintenance expenditure and carry out cost saving initiatives and price comparison for high value purchases of non-OEM services, materials and parts.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics/ Communication/ Electrical Engineering with at least 3 to 5 years relevant experience in automation/process industry
• EPC Project Experience within Oil & Gas Storage Terminal, Petrochemical and Hydrocarbon projects is preferred.
• Independent and self-motivated with good initiative and communication skills.
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
• Strong passion for project achievements.
• Strong knowledge for electrical & instrument systems of oil& gas , petrochemical and building construction.
• Knowledge and experience in network technologies is preferred (Ethernet, TCP/ IP, Fibre Optic, Modbus, Field Bus, CANBUS, etc.)
• Independent and self-motivated with good analytical skills.

Brand management

• Work closely with the SVP/ Head of Group Strategic Communications & Branding, to develop and manage the brand strategy development and execution, as well as to collaborate with the businesses to build the Frasers Property brand across platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with Frasers Property’s brand guidelines. Further refine the branding elements across platforms where relevant.
• Lead inspiring corporate brand campaigns and corporate marketing partnerships.
• Media campaign planning and execution.
• Play a key analytical role in establishing metrics for the purpose of measuring campaign effectiveness against KPI’s. Establish a process for benchmarking the brand’s performance in order to ensure campaigns are customer-centric, relevant and competitive.
• Co-manage the Group’s annual report development.
• Project manage and liaise with other teams to create engaging collateral in support of Group-led campaigns and initiatives.
• Contribute towards mentoring and developing other members of the branding function.
• Co-own the social media strategy and lead the social media agency relationship.
• Prepare regular progress reports for leadership teams on both business-as-usual and strategic activities, sourcing analytics where appropriate to demonstrate return on investment.

Customer experience

• Oversee the Group strategy and development of customer experience at Frasers Property, aligning with leaders on the goals and measure of CX through NPS and other relevant means.
• Counsel in the design and enhancements of customer journeys in partnership with key stakeholders in businesses who require support, in order to reduce friction and increase customer delight.
• Build a streamlined customer experience across departments, or asset classes where required.
• Establish ways to increase customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
• 12-15 years’ experience within Branding, Marketing and Customer Experience field, having worked in-house and/or in an agency environment.
• Operates calmly as a mature team lead and team player with strong leadership skills to ensure a high level of output and strategic objectives are achieved. Able to navigate in an agile / matrix working environment, collaborating well to establish solid working relationships with cross-functional internal stakeholders at different levels and across multiple markets, while building extensive networks. Therefore, advantage with international exposure and understanding geographical diversity and needs.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Must be highly detail-oriented, with an ability to think creatively/constructively in a pressured environment and possess a strong drive for results.
• Flexible project management style with the ability to quickly adapt and effect change efficiently.
• A self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitude with exceptional communication/ interpersonal skills to clearly articulate ideas, frame problems and offer solutions.
• Strong English written and verbal proficiency including copywriting and editing for campaigns and creatives.
• Demonstrate strong digital and social media skills and experience. Branding and martech understanding and application are an advantage.
