• With presentations and time management skills.

• Diploma / certification in any of the following: Architecture, Interior Design, Project/construction management, related building construction/ M&E studies.

• Familiar with, electrical, Celling partition work, carpentry, Tilling work, Awning work, renovation works and fit-out works.

• Experience in managing multiple projects.

• Responsible to lead development and implementation of key strategic marketing initiatives for Singapore comprising of PQ, CPC, PDA and Bussmann in order to achieve the Sales Revenue growth in Singapore year on year

• Driving sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training for each salesperson

1. Overseeing Night Operations: Supervise and manage night shift activities on construction sites to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

2. Coordination of Site Activities: Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth workflow during night operations, resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.

3. Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct regular inspections during night shifts to ensure

compliance with safety regulations, construction codes, and quality standards, providing timely feedback and corrective actions as necessary.

4. Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources efficiently during night shifts, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.

5. Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients or stakeholders regarding night shift progress, updates, and any concerns, maintaining open and transparent communication to address inquiries or issues promptly.

6. Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and procedures during night operations, conducting safety briefings, and ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.

7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of night shift activities, including daily reports, incident logs, and progress updates, to track project milestones and provide comprehensive documentation for project evaluation and reporting purposes.

• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies for process and construction materials in China, Malaysia, and other Asian markets.

• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of materials.

• Contract Management: Draft and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand trends, pricing, and availability of materials in China, Malaysia, and across Asia.

• Cost Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities to optimize costs without compromising quality or delivery timelines.

• Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities, such as supply chain disruptions or geopolitical factors in Asian markets.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as engineering, project management, and finance teams, to align purchasing activities with project timelines and budget requirements.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to procurement processes in China, Malaysia, and other Asian countries.

• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
