Responsibilities

• Design newsletter and curating EDM
• Prepare regular reports on expenses
• Maintain and update company databases
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential documents
• Answer queries by employees and clients
• Call and arrange appointment
• Update office policies as needed
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
• Book meeting rooms as required
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails )
• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
• Arrange travel and accommodations
• Schedule in-house and external events (only when required)

Requirements and skills

• Local Poly, preferred
• Meticulous and detail oriented
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)

1. Support training sessions, club programmes, children and volunteer events, oversee administration, facilitation and logistics arrangement.
2. Liaise with club coordinators on arranging events and programmes.

Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ordering, Purchasing & Stock Management - Stationary, Pantry, Staff Snacks
• Data Entry - Keeping Member CRM up to date, Membership form entry, EO Updates, Events Financials, Assist with daily reporting
• Administration - Expense sheets, finance sheets, EO checks, collateral organisation, personal invites & outreach
