• Plan and execute regular planning parameter reviews and update inventory control parameters of products in APAC Regional Distribution Center
• Regular validation and updates of inventory control parameters and inventory or sales analysis of ADC
• Design and maintain reports for operational and analysis use
• Update, analyze and report performance indicators
• Manage purchase order daily operations
• Generate purchase orders to factories/EDC/NADC
• Handle received stock discrepancies and resolve order related and nonconforming product issues
• Handle return shipment to vendor
• Actively identify and propose improvement to global policies for inventory management of regional distribution centre
• Review and manage material and purchasing master data in SAP

skills & experience required

• Bachelors / Diploma qualification
• Minimum 7 years of Demand & Supply Planning and purchase order management experience
• Hands on to ensure inventory and cost are optimised
• Experience in life science / medical manufacturing / medtech environment will be a plus
• Proficient with spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel)
• Proficient with SAP
• Willing to work in east of Singapore (Kaki Bukit / Jalan Besar / Bendemeer)
• Knowledge of and specific experience in BI tools and data reporting tools
• Proficient in the following : forecast and planning, inventory management, air and ocean freight, import and export trade compliance
• Able to cmmence immediately or within short notice period will be a plus

Job Duties:

• Oversee and manage general office administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-today operations
• Maintain the office condition and liaise with facility management vendors
• Implement and maintain online office administrative and workflow platforms, ensuring optimal utilization for efficiency.
• Manage vendor payments, expense claims for employees, correctly book corporate card transactions and own the billing process
• Handle human resource functions using an online HR platform, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Organizing internal/external events
• Stationery – ordering and maintaining supplies
• Liaison with vendors
• Organize and supervise office events, meetings, and staff engagements.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all administrative and HR activities.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• At least 5-8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Proven experience in an administrative management role, preferably in a family office or financial services environment
• Familiarity with GIP-FO and MAS 13U tax incentive schemes in Singapore a plus.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and data analytics tools.
• Proficiency in using online office administrative tools and HR platforms
• Strong communication skills and able to work in fast paced environment
