# The Role:

As a Marketing Manager, your role is to lead and manage a team of executives and creatives to develop and oversee marketing strategies and campaigns to help grow brand awareness. This role will encompass analytical, digital, creative, commercial and administrative responsibilities.

# Responsibilities:

• Able to develop a full spectrum of marketing and communication efforts to achieve our company’s business goals
• Able to lead a Marketing & Events Sales team to develop, plan, and execute strategic marketing and promotional activities to drive customers’ outreach and engagement
• Responsible for overall marketing communications, promotional activities and guest experiences in our restaurants and bars
• Build strong relationships and foster inter-department collaboration and external vendors and/or agencies to ensure the smooth execution of marketing plans
• Manage online channels with timely updates and engaging content on social media channels and brand websites
• Manage team to produce on-brand copywriting and development of our marketing collaterals
• Propose and facilitate partnerships, barter deals, sponsorships, and events that support business objectives
• Develop and implement media relation strategies and tactics to increase brand awareness
• Measure, monitor, and report on the effectiveness of marketing and media relations efforts; ROI on marketing and PR spend; key performance indicators

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Marketing or related studies
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role will be required

Working hours

• 5 days work week 9am-6pm

Accounts Receivable

• Prompt review and approval on monthly accounts receivables journals.

• Prepare audit schedules and follow up on outstanding items.

• Periodic review of the fees and charges, working with stakeholders to ensure compliance

• Periodic reporting to parent Ministry and MOF

• Establish and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for accounts receivable, ensuring regulatory compliance

• Support and provide advisory to the divisions on all receivables matter.

• Enhance the existing billing processes and involve in the revenue sub-systems integrations with WorkDay including system requirements, design, UAT and deployment

• Work with the executives to improve the existing accounts receivables processes.

• Liaise with internal and external auditors on accounts receivables queries and requests.

General Ledger

• Prepare/review daily bank reconciliations for bank accounts and follow up with discrepancies.

• Establish matching rules to facilitate automatic matching on bank receipts and transactions.

• Prepare quarterly variance analysis for management review.

Including any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Pre-requisites

• Tertiary qualifications in in Accountancy / Finance with at least 8 years of relevant working experience

• Preferably a member of ISCA

• Must possess a good working attitude and analytical skills

• Meticulous as well as able to work independently and under pressure

• Good communication and team playing skills are essential

• Knowledge of WorkDay ERP would be an added advantage

• Prior experience in the public sector would be preferred.
