Roles & Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for providing the Head of Branding and Marketing the quarterly plan and launch proposal and key product ideas for NPD and drive the strategic objectives on category review. Job Summary:

As a Hospitality Executive – Butler Services, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Butler team, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of personalized service. Your responsibilities will include supervising and mentoring the Butler team, managing guest requests, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Supervise and support the Butler team, ensuring high standards of service are consistently met.

Qualifications:

Knowledge and Experience:

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist guests with enquiries and requests
• Perform meet and greet in the lobby and in-room registration
• Manage the Front Desk operation and assist in Housekeeping/F&B operations

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure staff grooming, quality of food prepared, staff food handling skills and hygiene standards are observed and complies with regulations and expected standards.
• Conduct monthly meeting with the team to discuss operations issues and brainstorm ideas to improve the standard and presentation of food.
• Conduct performance appraisals for associates and manage their performance through coaching and training in accordance with established Resort standards.
• Submit reports as and when required by Management.

Responsibilities

Primary

Reporting to the Manager or Head of Department, this role will manage the Institute’s Hospitality Relations matters, including:

· Co-manage incoming visits to NIE as part of building brand engagement and experience.

· Co-manage protocol-related matters for official visits and events.

· Work closely with the different departments to facilitate visit requests.

· Co-manage the Institute’s graduation ceremonies in various areas including guest management, production of graduation videos, receptions, etc.

· Co-manage the NIE Visitors Learning Centre.

· Co-manage the coordination and submission of various corporate reports to key internal and external stakeholders.

· Manage the entire process for corporate gifts, including selection, procurement, personalization, inventory management, and timely distribution to colleagues and visitors.

Secondary

Support the Institute and department’s initiatives and projects as required, including:

· Work with the social media team to ensure content is accurate, current and engaging.

· To assist all other NIE departments in branding and marketing strategies as and when required, such as managing print or motion production that supports the branding initiatives of the Institute.

· Assist in University events as and when necessary.

Requirements

· Minimally a polytechnic diploma in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or Communications.

· Good written and oral communication skills and strong networking skills.

· Proven experience in partner/event management, working with diverse teams to achieve objectives.
