The Executive Assistant & Finance Support reports to the Chief Financial Executive (CFE) for the Asia Pacific (AP), Europe & Middle East (EME) region, and is responsible for providing quality and efficient administrative assistance. Personal Assistant Duties:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Executive and Events Barista. This role will support daily operations, focusing on restocks, logistics, event execution, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Logistics:

• Cafe Restocks and Supplies: Ensure all cafe outlets are well-stocked by packing and managing inventory. Track and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages.
• Supplies Management: Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of supplies, ensuring cafes and events have what they need to run smoothly.
• Logistics Coordination: Handle logistics for coffee cart setups and events, including transport and equipment preparation.
