We are currently looking for CQV Engineers to join us on permanently and to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

We are currently looking for the following:

1. Lab Equipment CQV Engineers
2. Process Equipment CQV Engineers
3. Facilities/Utilities/HVAC CQV Engineers

Key Attributes/Responsibilities:

• Review and Approve C&Q plans/protocols/report and GxP SOPs/records
• Provide quality oversight to quality and validate biopharmaceutical GMP plant in areas facilities, utilities and equipment, control systems, process and computerized system.
• Review validation life-cycle documents during the commissioning, qualification (IQ/OQ) and validation (PQ) phase e.g., pre and post-execution commissioning/ qualification plans and test specifications, validation summary reports & etc.
• Ensure that documents are in compliance with quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements
• Review engineering change control to evaluate the validation/quality impact(s).
• Support in the resolution of validation deviations and approval.
• Participate the qualification coordination meeting to ensure correct event sequence in compliance.

Must be willing to relocate to Rwanda for 6-8 months before returning to the Singapore operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Clinical Skills & Simulation Department.
• Coordinate with tissue banks for the acquisition and management of specimens.
• Ensure the proper preservation, storage, and disposal of cadavers and other biological specimens.
• Plan and book facilities for clinical skills workshops and training sessions.
• Provide logistical and technical support for workshops, ensuring all equipment and materials are available and functioning.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and academic institutions to enhance collaboration.
• Assist in the implementation of new initiatives and programs in partnership with academic and industry stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in clinical skills training and specimen management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant work experience in the healthcare industry or training environment is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
• Willingness to handle and work with cadaveric parts.
• Knowledge of anatomy is a plus.
• Availability to work on some weekends to support workshops.

• Conduct forensic examination of exhibits submitted to the laboratory, under the supervision of senior officers.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment / instruments.
• Assist in the quality assurance program in the laboratory.

Job Requirements

• Background in Chemistry or a relevant field.
• Understand the underlying theories and principles of IRMS and other common analytical techniqes such as FT-IR spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and SEM. Experience in the operation and maintanence these instruments would be advantageous.
• Good critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to details.

• Conduct forensic examination of exhibits submitted to the laboratory by law enforcement agencies
• Prepare forensic reports and provide expert testimony in Court for the administration of Justice.
• Assist in/Lead research projects to develop and improve in the methodology, technology and quality aspects of Forensic Patterns.
• Attend crime scenes when required.

Job Requirements

• Background in Chemistry / Physics / Forensic Science / Materials Science Engineering or a relevant field.
• Good critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to details.
• Excellent written and spoken English and good oral presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with programming languages such as MATLAB, R and Python is a plus.
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to serve the administration of justice.
• Ability to work independently and also collaborate withothers.
