• Support the Investment Banking business of Commerzbank, mainly Capital Markets and Lending business in Singapore and Asia region by manging the process between Trading & Sales with support functions like legal, compliance, IT, etc.

Key activities:

• Develop understanding key business drivers of the various business area, application of this knowledge to align own activities
• Assist in preparation of financial analysis to support strategic decisions by the business
• Assist in coordinating business-related projects, ensuring objectives are delivered
• Assist in the development of new processes, systems and procedures to meet changing business requirements
• Develop understanding to actively response to and identification of internal client requests (eg. providing support to gather data for regulatory reporting)
• Develop understanding to identify problems and all relevant issues in simple situations; development of possible solutions and their evaluation using standard procedures
• Lean to organisation and prioritization of own work, to deliver against agreed targets and deadlines
• Provide support to senior staff as directed, or ah-hoc support wherever required

This contract position is responsible for supporting the implementation of sales & marketing activities, events and achieving results for clients in the tourism and hospitality sectors. The responsibilities include conducting research, writing, maintaining and tracking account information, and compiling reports.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain regional clients lists for sales teams, ensuring that they are up to date and contain accurate and relevant information based on research, interviews, etc.
• Track sales/marketing opportunities for sales/marketing team’s clients including editorial calendars, events and awards programs.

Primary Responsibilities

Deliver Friendly and Professional Service

• Ensures smooth operation of the department by attending to incoming calls and emails that are pertaining to room and F&B reservations or general enquiries.
