• Overview : Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all aspects of production operations to meet aggressive delivery and quality expectations and attaining optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Coordination: Develop and implement production plans to meet aggressive delivery schedules while ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor production processes to maintain stringent quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate production teams to achieve operational excellence, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and waste minimization to enhance overall efficiency and profitability.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations to create a safe working environment for all employees.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on production performance, analyzing key metrics to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to resolve issues and optimize production flow.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Food Science or Food Technology
• 3 to 5 years of working experience in a food / beverage manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Workplace Safety & Health Executive for heading manufacturing industry with day-to-day workplace safety operation. You will ensure all work practices comply with company safety policy. You will plan and advise risk assessment, safe work procedures. To review for and prepare weekly safety report for cases happened. You will support to implement Functional Safety Management System. You will manage in ISO 1400, 9001 & OHSAS 18001 implementation and audit.

What Will You Do

What Do We Want

• Min Diploma/ Degree in Facility Management / Building Services / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ experiences in WSHE and familiar with legislation and regulations (WSH act and environment) in manufacturing industry
• Must be a Singapore registered safety officer / workplace safety & health officer
