The key responsibility of the role is to manage cash operations for Singapore and Hong Kong location.

Your key responsibilities:
- Managing Cash Operations team in Singapore and Hong Kong, and lead the team in delivering excellent support to business and client.
- Provide oversight for adequate production controls and escalations, and proactively managing internal and external audits.
- Proactively driving consistent, standardized, efficient and effective risk and control standards, as well as regulatory compliance
- Drive issue resolution or options articulation around any problems or challenges that crop up in the course of execution of above initiatives.
- Executing Cash operations transformation agenda, to build scalable and sustainable operations and achieving cost target. Working with key stakeholders, partners to drive on time and quality execution
- Drive effective and efficient operating model, includes nearshoring and offshoring.
- In assistant to the APAC cash operations head, act as an escalation channel for relevant operational issues. Partner with stakeholders and IT partners to consistently improving our production stabilities.
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum 12 years’ experience in a financial services organization with proven experience in Cash and Payments-related Products & Operations
- Proven knowledge of different business processes across cash functions and locations in the Asia Pacific region
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams in Singapore and Hong Kong
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree
- Technical and commercial understanding of the Operations Products as well as Operations processes.
- Proven organizational skills with ability to manage teams across geography
- Ability to analyze and able to demonstrate flexibility and take ownership regarding problem solving
- Ability to work in tight deadlines fast-paced environment.
- Manage complexity and ambiguity well with proven skills to take leadership in managing risk and control within an operational setup
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting at all times, taking ownership for instigating and executing initiatives
- Working knowledge of automation toolkit and Robotic Process Automation
- Working knowledge of human centered design/ design thinking
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
