• Be a National Selector for Opens and 21&U, and optionally the 19&U and 17&U squads including leading the selection panel at Open Level

2) Technical Duties

• Together with the Technical Executives and the CEO, appoint team officials for the 21&U Squad

• Maintain a high-performance coach development plan
• Assist/lead in Coach education and development of the game
• Present/coordinate Level 1 and 2 Coaching Courses as needed. This is supplemented by bringing in presenters from Netball Australia each year.

• Compile and monitor all annual budgets for all areas of the game (in conjunction with the CEO and Technical Executives).

Business Operations

· Assist to coordinate the development, interpretation and implementation of hotel policies, operating procedures and training programs, manuals, directives, menus, work schedules, rules and regulations for the food and beverage staff.
