• Internal deployment of Quality System according to Branch objectives,

METHODS & LEAN :

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization of the different flows
• Apply lean principles with design activity level, project management level and a design strategy level
• Drive the lean spirit of the group in the Singapore facility
• Implement the working methods and organization from Paris in Singapore for logistics activities under Part 21/145 regulatory in compliance with Headquarters processes
• Continuously identify improvement areas and applying new techniques to enhance existing operation standards.
• To be the link between the French team/employees and Singapore team/associates to get an easy best practices exchange
• Train and support teams in Lean and methods
• To be the methods and Lean contact with French management from Paris in Singapore
• Manage 5S leans projects to achieve productivity and achieve process yield
• Preferred experience in handling AFNOR audit and European Standard audits, ISO9001 and AS/EN9120

QUALITY :

• Manage the quality department in Singapore
• Promote Quality to all organization in Singapore
• Implementation and follow up of quality procedure
• Participate in meetings to set up new flows, new contracts.
• Manage all internal and external audit and relationship with customers quality departments
• Write and follow up audit report and actions plan

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the impact of new or revised regulatory updates in collaboration with relevant Business Units, including Consultation Papers and internal, external, and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance within the Division by conducting Compliance Requirements Self-Assessment.
• Investigate and report compliance, operational, fraud, and data incidents, ensuring timely resolution of action plans.
• Establish and maintain an effective risk management and governance framework, offering guidance on applicable policies, guidelines, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments within the Company to address risk and compliance matters promptly.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, as well as regulatory inspections.
• Provide Group Risk Management policy, guideline, and framework training to Division staff, sharing best risk management practices.
• Ensure adherence to data policies and standards across the Division as the Division’s Data Steward.
• Take responsibility for identifying and mitigating business and regulatory compliance risks.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance and risk management, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
